Wilson Elser's national headquarters located in the White Plains office currently seeks a Senior Recruiter / Talent Manager.

This position will be responsible for recruitment process and focuses on maintaining a positive relationship with hiring partners across the country, leading and executing the recruitment process for a variety of roles. A successful person will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from the initial meeting- assessing job requirements, improving job descriptions, developing appropriate sourcing and compensation strategies to negotiating offers on behalf of Wilson Elser

The Position

•Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting in either in corporate, law firm or agency environment.
•Must have strong, recently demonstrated skills in standard recruitment techniques including use of technology and sourcing techniques
•Experience conducting behavioral or structured interviews

•Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: Hiring Manager Intakes, Sourcing Candidates, Screening Candidates, including Digital Interviewing and Selection, Reference checks, and Negotiating job offers.
•Ability to act as a recruitment subject matter for recruiting attorneys and to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies, which support the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pool, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques
•Demonstrate understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in partner meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations.
•Engage in creative sourcing to include: direct recruiting, prospecting, referral sourcing, job boards, associations, targeted emails, social networking both internally and externally.
•Perform guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through completion
•Offer consultative support to hiring managers to make effective hiring decisions.
•Provide regular updates ensuring that all reporting is both timely and consistent.
•Partner with HR comp manager on offers and compensation recommendations.
•Report on search progress, including candidate pipelines, diversity initiatives, and market related compensation.
•Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management
•Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (i.e. any compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to
•Comply with and educate end users on internal staffing procedures
•Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
