rilogy Health Services headquartered in Louisville, KY with 107 health campus locations throughout the Midwest is looking to appoint a talented and highly experienced Senior Vice President-Chief People Officer (CPO). The Senior Vice President-Chief People Officer (CPO) will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team in pro-actively driving human capital strategy for Trilogy.  The CPO will design a Trilogy Employee Experience agenda that enables the company’s talent management objectives to attract, engage and retain a high-performing collaborative workforce.  S/he will provide strategic leadership and operational management of all employee service (ES) and human capital management initiatives, creating alignment with the mission, vision, values, goals and overall culture of Trilogy.The CPO will be a progressive and courageous ES leader who can build equity with senior leadership and drive transformative initiatives as the business, industry and talent base evolve.  With a multi-site, multi-state, and diverse workforce, developing a common HR framework based on Trilogy’s Employee Experience will be critical to promoting cultural consistency and ensuring the company’s values are front and center in every decision. 

Specifically, the key responsibilities for the CPO include the following:

  • Operates as a senior business leader with insights and contributions to the company’s overall employee service strategy, priorities and future direction
  • Assess, build and lead a Best Healthcare Company in the Midwest, innovative employee service function that supports and serves the entire company.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of employee services policies, programs and services, including retention, legal compliance, employee benefits/total rewards, performance management/talent review, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employee events.
  • Lead human capital functions including organizational design and effectiveness, learning and development, performance management, team member and labor relations, compensation and benefits, HR information systems
  • Evaluates company culture and provides recommendations to accomplish company goals and objectives.

Requirements

Positions Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, business administration, accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or college
  • Master’s Degree, MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
  • One of more certifications in related HR disciplines required, i.e., PHR/SPHR, CCP, CBP, CEBS,
  • 15+ years of direct experience managing all HR disciplines, including organizational development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, learning and development, and HR management.
  • 5+ years reporting to a CEO or Senior leader
  • Multi-state, multi-site experience in a health care setting
  • Experience creating alignment across a multi-site, multi-state health care company, bringing employees together under a cohesive culture aligned with a business strategy
  • Experience building and scaling HR systems, programs, and processes in a complex environment, as well as outsourcing HR and managing vendors
