Position Overview

Provides expert guidance, analysis, program execution and administrative process oversight to designated the Benefits and Compensation teams to meet the needs of employees and Human Resources partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, implementation and support of organization-wide processes in area of expertise.

•Administer designated programs including vendor interfaces, system conversions, issue resolution.

•Ensure compliance with controls, standards, laws and/or taxes that are focus-area related (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.)

•Assist with special projects, new HR programs, and/or system upgrades. Lead in testing and implementation, contributing ideas, developing training, and executing.

•Research and recommend a course of action for designated programs. Examples include benchmarking peer trends, budgeting based on claims trends, and predictive analysis related to employee behavior around plan design.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

•Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred

•5-8 years’ analytical experience required, including 3- 4 years of progressive Benefits experience

•Strong critical evaluation skills, communication skills and business acumen

•Proficient in database management, analytical software and HR data systems

•2-4 years’ experience requirement with Workday and HR vendor relationship experience
