Job Details

Provides professional and administrative services for the employment and operation of the human resources function of the association including payroll, benefits, personnel records, policies and procedures, required reporting, salary administration, employee relations and diversity initiatives. May conduct employee interviews, arrange and track employee training programs including e-learning, administer risk management programs including business insurance, and provide general accounting support. Responsible for new hire and termination processing actions, worker’s compensation reports and claims, and all related reporting including FMLA , EEO and ADA as well as development of Affirmative Action plans.

Fully competent senior-level professional; assignments are broad and complex in nature requiring originality, ingenuity, and leadership; has appreciable latitude for decision making; works under minimum supervision. Some travel required.

At the discretion of Alabama Ag Credit, position may be offered at alternate titles and other business experience may be considered relevant.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or equivalent experience and five (5) years of related experience. Certification in one or more HR disciplines desired, but not required.
