Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide HR support for professional and technical associates at remote sites in addition to local coverage.
  • Provide HR support for remote sites and sales associates in addition to local coverage.
  • Partner with Leaders to provide daily support on all facets of human resources.
  • Provide guidance during annual salary planning, performance management process.
  • Develop and/or implement HR programs, procedures and policies, where applicable.
  • Provide coaching and direction to associates and managers in a timely, effective manner.
  • Lead all recruitment activities to support your assigned groups’ hiring needs. Serve as liaison between the recruiting provider (RPO) and managers.
  • Work closely with leaders and associates to maintain positive work relationships, increase productivity and retention
  • Facilitate succession planning discussions as part of talent potential review process.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Support the identification and development of critical competencies required to support current and future needs of the business.
  • Perform workforce analysis and drive to meet/exceed defined metrics.
  • Lead projects within assigned HR Domains to support organization’s strategic initiatives.
  • Develop & facilitate workshops and training as needed
  • Perform other related responsibilities as may be assigned or required.



  • Bachelors in Human Resources, Management or related area
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated experience in a role that required proactivity, flexibility, and self-motivation.
  • Strong communication, organization and project management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement focus.
  • Prefer experience working with Recruitment Process Outsourcing firm or direct recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as ability to work independently and self-directed.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to labor practices and HR policy.
  • Proven experience in employee relations.
  • Ability to travel within the US (<10%); local travel (approx. 1 day/week).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship. 
  • Not eligible for internal VA/VN international assignment.
