Sr. HR Reporting Analyst – JOB ID:  170289

The Sr. HR Reporting Analyst will function as an expert for HR analytics and proactively analyze relationships between data. Provides strategic analysis of HR data from multiple datasets to help drive informed decisions within HR. Applies specific knowledge of the business to the data analytics, identifies trends and areas of interest useful and actionable for HR and WMATA business leaders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:    High School Diploma or equivalent certificate required.

Experience:  Minimum of five years related work experience (HR Reporting and Data Analytics) with PeopleSoft 9.1 or similar HRIS. Experience creating dashboard views and ad hoc reports.
