Sr. Human Resources Analyst - Oracle Fusion HCM

The Human Resources Services Analyst is responsible for analysis, design and implementation of the HR systems namely Oracle Fusion Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and Onboarding. Under the general guidance of Global Director, HR Services, the incumbent will also work with the security and integrity of the data across the entire platform of HR systems. The Human Resources Services Analyst will provide hands-on maintenance and development of HR systems and software including interfaces to other systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance to resolve systems issues
Work with the HR Services and extended HR teams on the implementation of new software
Be able to configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM, Benefits, Compensation and Taleo Enterprise Recruiting and Onboarding.
Work with Global Director, HR Services to ensure the HR systems upgrades and mitigation of impacts of upgrades on other systems/operation
Document operational procedures as appropriate and required
Assist Global Director, HR Services in identify opportunities of process improvement assisted/aided by technology.
Stay up-to-date and maintain knowledge of the HR systems on a constant basis
Provide training/guidance to the HR staff in technology matters
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology combined with one year of directly related experience
Knowledge of database management systems will be a plus.
Expert level knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM, Benefits, Compensation and Taleo Enterprise Edition Recruiting and Onboarding
Knowledge of Halogen Performance Management will be a definite plus
Understanding of HR business practices. (i.e Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll)
Familiarity with SQL and report writing using SQL based programming languages (Oracle Fusion BI)
