Job Summary:
Franciscan Missionaries of our Lady Health System (FMOLHS) is seeking to add a Sr Learning Partner to the Learning and Leading team. The Sr Learning Partner is responsible for supporting organizational development through independent design, delivery and implementation of learning and leading programs. Candidates should possess experience and competency in adult learning methodologies, design and delivery of training content and curriculums, professional facilitation of training to create an exceptional experience for all participants. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. This position requires travel in order to support all hospitals and divisions within the health system.

Requirements

Experience: 3 years experience in education, training, organizational development or related field; Education: Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, organizational development or related field; Special Skills: Ability to travel to various facilities within the health system; good computer skills; interpersonal & human relations skills and oral & written communication skills; good problem solving & critical thinking skills and time management/prioritization skills; good organizational skills
