We are seeking a self-motivated, creative professional for the role of SR. TOTAL REWARDS ANALYST - COMPENSATION who can assist with achieving our vision of being recognized as the best utility in the nation.




Perform a variety of technical and analytical classification and compensation activities, related to the maintenance and development of the company’s Total Rewards programs. Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company programs, while ensuring company compliance with federal and state laws.


Collaborate in other areas of Human Resources such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.


  • Serve as compensation point of contact, coordinate and lead the implementation, maintenance and upgrade of the organization’s employee compensation program to include internal/external compensation review, special compensation programs; survey participation, and market competitive salary/incentive recommendations;
  • Identify, research and coordinate the annual merit award program, creating and maintaining data files, preparing reports and analysis, validating data and providing payout information to Payroll, etc.;
  • Perform duties including the maintenance of job codes, titles, salary grades, etc.;
  • Input, review and analyze data processed in the HR System for quality and accuracy; create, review and maintain compensation reports utilized throughout the organization for HR administration;
  • Provide training, guidance, and support in the use of the organization’s compensation structure;
  • Identify,  research and develop proposals for the implementation of new programs and program upgrades




The successful candidate must be able to satisfactorily perform the requirements listed below which are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or experience required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Accounting, or Business Administration from a publicly accredited college or university;

  • Master’s Degree (preferred);
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources professional level responsibilities to include two (2) years of experience leading implementation, configuration, and maintenance of total rewards programs to include compensation, benefits, and/or retirement programs;
  • Valid Driver’s License
