Veritext, the leader in deposition and litigation support solutions (http://www.veritext.com) is seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our HR team at our corporate office located in Livingston, NJ. We are a true contributor to the growth of the company and we provide the talent that makes this company successful.

This position will partner with hiring managers in all regional offices to meet the evolving needs of the business, deliver the best talent throughout the organization and have FUN doing it!  The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent to fill positions at all levels.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Create and implement strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Implement staffing initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site Service organization.
  • Partner with Corporate and Regional Leaders to fulfill key staffing initiatives.
  • Maintain all EEO and recruitment management reports and policies.
  • Other HR related duties as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience with a strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.
  • Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle processes.
  • Broad knowledge of legal services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in work experience

 Prior Knowledge:

  • Must have experience sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as search firms and job boards. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
  • Multi-site recruitment experience strongly desired
  • Knowledge of ADP Applicant Tracking System required
