Job Details

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for all facets of Connect Hearing’s recruiting process and strategy in order to secure top talent and become an employer of choice. This includes, but is not limited to, full cycle recruiting, developing recruiting plans, employing varied sourcing strategies, developing candidate pipelines, employer branding and creating campus and career fair recruiting strategies.


 

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to determine requirements for open positions, design job descriptions and identify qualities of ideal candidates
  • Full execution of the recruitment process (requisition approval, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and interview coordination, communication with candidates and hiring managers and employee onboarding)
  • Recruiting reporting and metrics development and management including headcount, turnover, retention, etc.
  • Organizational Design support including compensation, headcount, job descriptions, departmental structure, etc.
  • Develop campus and career fair recruiting strategies
  • Create and maintain candidate pipeline for key positions
  • Explores and develops new recruitment channels  
  • Monitors the job market and prepares analysis and summaries for management
  • Develop and deliver training programs for managers around recruiting process, interviewing and headcount management
  • Direct recruitment efforts of staffing agencies and search firms
  • Create and manage the Exit Interview strategy and process, including analytics and metrics of Exit Interview results
  • Operates in compliance with all local, state and federal laws as well as Company policy and compliance standards
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, required

 

Work Experience:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of full cycle Recruiting experience required
  • Experience with talent acquisition strategy

Industry/Product Knowledge Required:

 

  • Healthcare industry experience, preferred
  • Success Factors experience, preferred
  • LinkedIn recruiting experience, required
