As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the hiring process by partnering with functional leaders, to provide full-life-cycle recruiting support and leadership to identify and meet the talent needs of the organization in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will have full responsibility for recruitment strategy, preparation, sourcing, attraction, screening, assessment, interviewing, and managing of the offer and hiring process. This position partners with the business to influence talent decisions. As a critical member of the HR Team, you will need to be able to operate in a fast paced, often ambiguous and always changing environment. You will need to exhibit exceptional leadership qualities including but not limited to authenticity, grit, resourcefulness, passion and an unparalleled focus on the customer. You will also have responsibility for leading and ensuring a high performing talent acquisition team.


  • Ownership of functional and BU partnerships to include process leadership through ensuring we have the right solutions in place to support the rapid growth of the company and meet critical hiring needs
  • Responsible for developing a network and pipeline of exceptional talent 
  • Drive and influence recruiting process throughout the business; continuously improve Talent Acquisition processes to meet the needs of the business; maintain and support regular candidate activity and status reports
  • Coaches, advise and influence constituents on talent acquisition process and best practices
  • Manages a high performing recruiting team, and forecasts resourcing needs, proper allocation and requisition assignments to ensure high level of customer service and support. 
  • Manages and executes full-life cycle recruitment process to include sourcing, planning, screening, interviewing, and the offer management process
  • Develops strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, and builds a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs
  • Advises clients about recruitment responsibilities, legal requirements and appropriate candidate management techniques
  • Develops/maintains talent acquisition reporting, analytics and dashboards for senior HR and business leaders
  • Manages recruiting partnerships to include advertising agency relations, job board partnerships, and contract negotiations
  • Spearheads special projects to include University Relations, Social Media Presence, Employee Referral Campaigns, Recruitment Events, etc.
  • Implements practices and contributes to new ways of working to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ensures compliance with all policies, federal and state laws and guidelines 


  • Employing stellar judgement, able to fill openings in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Experienced in identifying and securing passive candidates via various direct channels – social media: LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., networking, career fairs, alumni, and industry events
  • Excellent communication, consultative, influencing, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to develop and present recruiting strategy plans for client and executive teams
  • Demonstrate agility by working in a fast-paced environment with ever changing demands
  • Experience attracting and retaining in-demand scientific, manufacturing, and quality associates within the biologics industry
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and prior experience working with applicant tracking and human resource information systems.

  • 7+ years of human resources/recruiting experience within a fast-paced client orientated environment. 
  • 2-3 years of experience serving in a supervisor/leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, HR Mgmt., etc.) or equivalent years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
