Talent Acquisition Manager
Wayne Memorial Hospital
Goldsboro, North Carolina


The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing new and innovative recruitment strategies to ensure appropriate organizational staffing requirements are achieved. Responsible for employment marketing initiatives, branding campaigns, internal referral programs, and development of employee engagement metrics and retention programs. Partners with hospital directors in identifying and projecting current and future recruitment requirements. Assists in developing supportive teammate engagement/retention strategies and organizational development initiatives. Sourcing, attracting, recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding for nursing, allied health, and manager/ director level positions.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline required
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Three to five years demonstrated Human Resources/Organizational Development experience in health care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organized
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills
