You’ll work alongside business leaders to develop and execute our recruiting vision and strategy, supporting the short- and long-term business needs of SEO and help amazing students maximize their opportunities for college and career success.

  • Develop the company’s recruiting metrics and establish reporting to measure effectiveness, including but not limited to: tracking actual to plan, hiring velocity, diversity, quality of hire, speed to hire, cost per hire
  • Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position which includes time frame to fill with an appropriate candidate
  • Adhere to a transparent and measurable recruiting and hiring process by through the applicant tracking system
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need by building networks and continuing to network through industry contacts and social media
  • Post open positions on external job sites
  • Research new and niche job sites for each open position, both active and passive
  • Conduct follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of the recruiting plan
  • Help design and manage SEO’s HRIS processes
  • Lead the evaluation of new and existing benefits
  • Participate in compensation surveys with the HR Manager




  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience of full-cycle recruiting in non-profit, education or corporate sector


  • Proven ability to fill positions in a timely manner by effectively screening and interviewing to assess candidates’ skills
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and networking skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and record keeping
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and comfort working with managers and candidates at all levels of skill and experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle many open positions
  • General knowledge of employment law
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Capacity to work independently while also being a team player
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
