Day to Day:

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources management team and the executive team to identify short and long-term organization goals.
  • Work with the organizational development team to enhance employee lifecycle.
  • Develop, assess and recommend corresponding Talent Acquisition/HR strategies to meet department/company challenges.
  • Direct the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, workforce planning programs, and process improvements that strike an optimal balance between compliance and agility.
  • Maintain current knowledge of changing workforce issues, hiring trends and legal statutes.
  • Establish and maintain proper reporting and tracking mechanisms to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local statutes
  • Lead and project manage cross-functional Human Resources projects, leading project teams, employing accepted project management techniques, and the development of policies, programs and practices to meet the evolving needs of the business.


Come on your first day with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in business, human resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of related human resource experience/ 3 + talent Acquisition and 3+ years managing a team.
  • General business knowledge including finance, accounting, marketing, sales, operations, human resources.
  • Demonstrated project management skills as well as organizational abilities and the flexibility to manage multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to working in a highly collaborative team environment and coordinating responsibilities openly with others within the HR organization. .
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with all levels of employees
  • Ability to work in a highly participative and interest based labor relations environment.
  • Skilled in defining issues, analyzing and evaluating information, presenting recommendations and identifying alternative solutions.
  • Process oriented, with the ability to put holistic plans into actionable strategies


What we offer:

Base salary $98,350 - $109,250 - $123,450 (Grade 22)
