The Recruitment team is a team of two within a 13 person Human Resources department that supports the entire organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist a typical day might include the following:




  • Sourcing passive candidates through networking, using complex Boolean search strings and social media outreach

  • Preparing behavioral based interview guides for the interview team.

  • Conducting phone screens

  • Creating requisitions and creative ad for external sites.

  • Maintaining integrity of the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Scheduling interviews (Phone, Skype, and On-site)

  • Managing our staffing vendors
