Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubuque, IA.  The Talent Development Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating Training & Development initiatives across Heartland businesses/subsidiaries. The Talent Development Manager will manage the formulation and implementation of strategies to ensure Training & Development effectively supports staff performance, succession planning, and both short and long-term business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,

2. 3+ years practical experience overseeing the Talent Management function, 5+ years Training & Development experience preferred, and 5+ years of Banking/Finance industry and management experience preferred

3. Oversees the development and implementation of training activities that support the organization’s strategic initiatives

4. Ensures a considered needs assessment process
