The Talent and Human Resource Specialist is a unique opportunity to support the design and implementation of key talent and human resource initiatives for a progressive Human Resources team.  The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn and design programs for significant business impact. 

This role will support the head of Talent Management and work directly with Business Leaders and Area Human Resources Managers to deliver initiatives within the talent management capability team.  Will assist in the design and implementation of various initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention; including onboarding, employee relations, performance coaching, and succession planning.  This role will also provide general human resources support for the corporate office, ensuring adherence to requirements and advising management on employee relations and performance actions.


  • BA Required, Masters in OD, I/O, HR preferred, 3+ years related experience.
  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives, performance management and workforce planning.
  • Self-reliant; with good judgment and a fair degree diplomacy and patience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.
  • Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and able to develop and maintain highly effective relationships.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and the employer-employee relationship.
  • Must have strong organizational, prioritization, project management, time management and attention to detail skills; ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong data and analytical ability, excel skills with demonstrated ability to compile/track, analyze and report information/data.
