We have a temporary opening for an assistant who will provide clerical and administrative support to the Staff Recruiting Department. Responsibilities include: calendar management (specifically as it applies to scheduling interviews), job posting, maintaining and refreshing job requisitions to various relevant sites, greeting candidates and acting as their point of contact, facilitating the interview process (including candidate testing), conducting reference checks and initiating background checks.


We seek a detail oriented self-starter who has at least one year of human resources/recruiting experience and who is able to handle confidential information, input data accurately, work effectively with minimal supervision and prioritize workload. Bachelor’s degree preferred. This position requires the ability to travel between the Mountain View and San Jose office weekly.
