Job Details

 

  • Partners with division leaders to design and facilitate organizational development initiatives.
  • Identifies vendors and makes recommendations based on proposal submissions.
  • Uses instructional design methodology to develop training, job aids and other learning materials.
  • Documents procedures for the PCOM-HR Department.
  • Applies adult learning principals in the assessment, recommendation, and delivery of training.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and recommends changes as appropriate.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, human resource development, communications or a related field.
  • Five years of professional training experience.
  • Strong organizational, consultant, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong time management skills. DDI, Vital Smarts and/or CPLP certifications preferred.
  • Experience in higher educational setting preferred.
