Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer of Stormont Vail Health, the Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer presents a compelling opportunity for an accomplished and progressive human resources executive. The CEO and the executive leadership team, with the support of the soon-to-be-retiring CHRO, are placing an even bolder spotlight on HR, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Learning, Total Rewards, Workforce Analytics AND an exciting Cultural Transformation agenda introduced in 2015. This new leader will assume the major leadership role with the Cultural Transformation initiative that will transition from and collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer. The CHRO will be a visible and engaging leader who will work across the system in a creative and strategic role. An advanced degree with ten years of senior management experience including a focus on OD and leadership development is required, with healthcare experience a plus but not a must. SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHHR preferred.
