Job Summary

We have a significant leadership role for a Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for the North American subsidiary of this multinational company.  This is a unique opportunity to join a successful, high growth organization that is collaborative and team oriented.  We need a creative, dynamic thought leader who passionate about working in a multinational organization.  

Overview of Description & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement executive compensation and equity programs.
  • Develop benefits strategies that optimize company resources.  
  • Lead the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of health, welfare and retirement vendors as well as relationship management upon selection.
  • Maintain accurate enrollment records, ensure payroll deductions, oversee external information to suppliers, and provides appropriate reporting information to the management team.


  • BA or BS required; graduate degree or CEBS designation preferred
  • Five to ten years of experience in corporate compensation and benefits or compensation and benefits consulting, including strategy & design. Experience in Compensation and Benefits is essential; please do not apply unless having had deep experience with C&B specifically.
  • Experience with an HRIS implementation is preferred
  • Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors is preferred
