We are currently seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join the Mobilitie team and the largest network deployment initiative in the US.

As the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate already will be highly skilled in establishing processes, sourcing methodologies, technology to source candidates. The VP will be responsible for maturing Mobilitie’s Talent Acquisition function, continuing to build a world-class team, and will be given unfettered access to the best tools and resources around.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow an incredible global talent acquisition strategy for the enterprise and supports Mobilitie’s growth
  • Conduct regular reviews with department directors to report on retention, staffing, metrics, diversity efforts, and mission critical projects to provide transparency around the activity
  • Consult with management to understand priorities and needs and establish a long-range talent game plan
  • Implement innovative recruiting methods to attract active and passive candidates, as well as a diverse candidate pool
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consultation on recruiting and selection best practices
  • Overall responsibility for the Jobvite applicant tracking system and govern its process and content
  • Manage relevant vendors, such as agencies, headhunters, and contingent suppliers
  • Manage the Employee Referral program to generate top talent
  • Assist with special projects assigned by SVP of HR

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) required with a minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years of high growth corporate recruiting experience, with at least five (5) years running a large Talent Acquisition team
  • Significant experience in a high volume, high quality recruiting environment. Prior agency experience preferred
  • Proven successful leadership capability to build and manage high performing staff
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences and be perceived as a leader
  • Expertise in managing staffing vendors, search firms, and contingent labor programs
  • Proven experience operating in a high volume, high pressure, highly complex environment
  • Excited about data and metrics with experience creating and managing a context of recruiting effectiveness data

  • Knowledge in or experience of the telecommunications and / or high technology markets is strongly preferred
  • Exceptional sourcing skills using online, social media, and headhunting skills
